Nessun dato personale.
6.1.b e 6.1.c GDPR) |
| Produrre e pubblicare la Live Session con i crediti corretti, e tenere i contatti organizzativi con l'artista | esecuzione del rapporto con l'artista (art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
6.1.a GDPR) |
Scrivi a privacy@gocrew.it: rispondiamo entro un mese.

Radio Game Over is a synchronized web radio broadcasting the "Live Sessions" recorded by the GoCrew collective. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We follow the principle of data minimization: we only collect what is essential to run the service.
The service is operated by Mauro Casalino in a personal capacity (GoCrew is an informal collective with no legal personality). For any request about your data, write to privacy@gocrew.it.
No personal data. No registration, no accounts, no advertising or advertising tracking, no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. The live listener count is an anonymous signal, not linked to any identity.
| What | Data | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Board post | the name you enter and the text (both public), a random device identifier, a non-reversible hash of your IP address, the date | publishing the post, limiting one per day, preventing abuse |
| "Like" | random device identifier and non-reversible hash of the IP address | preventing multiple votes on the same track |
| Reporting or blocking a post | random identifier of the reporter, non-reversible hash of the IP address, type of action | moderating content and letting you hide an author |
IP addresses are never stored in clear text: we only keep a hash that cannot be reversed. The device identifier is a random code generated by the app, with no link to your identity. On Smart TVs the board is read-only.
The form at gocrew.it/liberatoria is for artists authorizing us to broadcast the recordings of their Live Sessions. Signers provide: first name, last name and Italian tax code (to identify the signer with certainty), email (to send their copy), the name of the musical project, and a handwritten signature drawn on screen (stored as an image). As proof of signature we also store the date and time, a hashed IP address, the browser type, and the version and fingerprint of the text actually signed.
The signed document is reachable only through a secret link emailed to the signer: it is not indexed by search engines and cannot be read by others.
The form at gocrew.it/scheda is filled in before filming, in two steps that form a single operation: the project form and, right after, the release form described above. They are saved together: one does not exist without the other. In addition to the release data (first name, last name, tax code, email, signature), it collects: the project name and a short description; the line-up, i.e. the name and role of each performer — these names are meant to appear publicly in the credits of the Live Session, on the website and in the app, which is precisely why we ask for them, and the declared line-up is also attached to the signed document, to make explicit who the performers represented by the signer are; the project's public links (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, website); the phone number, if provided, to organise the shoot; plus date and time, a hashed IP address and the browser type, to limit automated submissions.
The artist form has a separate, unticked checkbox for receiving our news by email. It is a distinct choice: if you leave it unticked, the form is still saved and you receive no promotional messages.
Those who tick it are stored in a separate list, with the email address, a reference name, the date of consent and the version of the text accepted. Email addresses collected through the release form are never used for news: they were provided for a different purpose. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works with a single click, no questions asked. Withdrawals are recorded (the entry stays, marked as withdrawn) so that we can evidence we honoured them.
On first listen the app asks whether you want alerts from the radio (a new Live Session, an artist you follow, an event). If you accept, your phone hands us a notification token (a string generated by the Expo push service): it identifies the app installation, not you. We store it with the operating system, the app version and, if you use "Notify me" on an artist page, the names of the artists you follow. No name, email or location.
Alerts are written and sent by our team, through the Expo push service and Apple's and Google's delivery services. You can turn them off at any time from the app profile ("alerts from the radio" switch) or from your phone settings: the token is marked as off and receives nothing. If you uninstall the app the token dies on its own and we delete it the first time a send finds it dead.
We log how many times each track is broadcast, to run the schedule and to meet reporting obligations towards collecting societies. This is data about tracks, not about listeners.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Running the board, likes and listener count | legitimate interest in providing the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| Moderating content, preventing abuse, multiple votes and spam | legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) |
| Managing the release forms and evidencing lawful broadcasting | performance of the agreement with the artist and related obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR) |
| Producing and publishing the Live Session with accurate credits, and keeping in touch with the artist about the shoot | performance of the agreement with the artist (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) |
| Sending news to those who asked for it | consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) |
We do not sell or trade data. Data is processed by the people running the service and by our technical providers: Aruba S.p.A. (website, database and email, servers in the European Union); Cloudflare (storage and delivery of the Live Session audio and video files; no personal data of listeners passes through it); Google Play and the Apple App Store (app distribution, under their own policies; we do not share user data with them). All connections use HTTPS.
The service stores a random identifier on your device (needed for the board and likes) and your preferences, such as muted or unmuted audio. These are technical tools: they are not used for profiling and do not require a consent banner. You can remove them by clearing the site or app data.
Board posts are moderated: offensive, illegal or inappropriate content is removed, normally within 24 hours of a report. You can report a post or block an author from within the app, or write to the address above.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing, and receive a copy of the data you provided. Write to privacy@gocrew.it: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
If you use the Radio Game Over app (Android or iOS) and want us to delete the data tied to your installation, write to privacy@gocrew.it with the subject "app data deletion". Include the name you use on the message board and, if you also want alerts removed, the notification token shown at the bottom of the app profile: these are the only ways we can recognise your installation, since we collect no real name, email or account.
Within 30 days we delete: message board posts and reports, "likes", the notification token with the followed artists, and the anonymous listener-counter identifier. Only anti-abuse traces (IP fingerprint and blocks) are kept for as long as needed; they cannot be traced back to you. Uninstalling the app kills the notification token on its own; we delete it the first time a send finds it dead.
The service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
